Overall it was a convenient location considering the short walking distance to the venue (Francis Field). Other than the train tracks right behind the room, the air conditioner kept turning off and on every 5-10 minutes which was quite annoying for a light sleeper, even after numerous drinks throughout the night prior to sleeping. I'd definitely stay there again but make sure I was not facing the train tracks where the noise from it wasn't so apparent.

Disliked: Train tracks literally right behind hotel room on other side of parking lot; A/C issues.

We checked in around 4:00pm. We were right away eaten up by fleas. We were leaving for concert at 5:00 and told the desk. They said they would spray while we were gone. Returned at midnight and were bitten by fleas all night. In the two rooms next to ours, the people were coming and going all night until about 3:30 in the morning, as well as yelling and just plain noisy. The worst hotel experience I've had in 40 years.

Liked: I wasn't expecting much, especially based on the price...but this far exceeded my expectations. Rooms were clean and comfy. It's not a five star hotel, but it is 5 star motel.
Disliked: My only real complaint is crossing the street which is quite dangerous. That being said, if you are able to get across..everything is walkable. I just wish the hotel was across the street or there was some kind of pedestrian bridge.

3 star place, clean and...

Liked: Room was clean and decent, had a fridge and microwave. We stayed on the road side of the hotel, a bit of car traffic noise but able to sleep well. I always use ear plugs and an eye mask. Felt safe. Good coffee in AM. Good breakfast nearby.
Disliked: Pool not heated, would have been nice to use.

Great location, and a good...

Liked: The uncomplicated and fast Check in, and nice Rooms, and the nice Patio on the backside, where you can sit and smoke or have a drink. We arrived when it was dark, the next day we saw, the Hotel is direct on a river, which makes is more nice. In the Area are plenty of possibilities for Breakfast and Dinner. To Downtown, a mile or so also this makes it a good location.
Disliked: the only downgrade was, we caught 2 bugs in the room, one cockroach and a smaller one. But i wouldnt blame here the Clean service, as i mentioned before, the hotel is right next to a river, and there is of course wildlife there. The room was on the first floor and right opposite the river, with tiles, so it was easy to see and catch, and we simple keep our suitcases closed, just to make sure, not to have an unwelcome guest at home.
