Overall it was a convenient location considering the short walking distance to the venue (Francis Field). Other than the train tracks right behind the room, the air conditioner kept turning off and on every 5-10 minutes which was quite annoying for a light sleeper, even after numerous drinks throughout the night prior to sleeping. I'd definitely stay there again but make sure I was not facing the train tracks where the noise from it wasn't so apparent.

Disliked: Train tracks literally right behind hotel room on other side of parking lot; A/C issues.

We checked in around 4:00pm. We were right away eaten up by fleas. We were leaving for concert at 5:00 and told the desk. They said they would spray while we were gone. Returned at midnight and were bitten by fleas all night. In the two rooms next to ours, the people were coming and going all night until about 3:30 in the morning, as well as yelling and just plain noisy. The worst hotel experience I've had in 40 years.

Disliked: Nasty room; fleas; noisy people; railroad tracks right by the hotel.

Liked: The location was great!
Disliked: First of all, it’s a motel. Definitely not a hotel. There are train tracks right behind it. So you have to sign a waiver making sure you keep your children or your pets off of the tracks. It’s a two star at most. But the staff was very accommodating.

Liked: The property was clean, great water pressure in the shower, had the basics- fridge, microwave, tv. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Even with the loud humidifier running the whole time, the air in the room was still humid. Shower water had a funny smell. No table or desk. No where to hang clothes.

The price was decent but...

Liked: The price of the room was decent.
Disliked: The room we were in was near the train tracks which were very active. There was trains running every two hours including overnight. No one slept well with the continual noise every two hours. The TV also required two remotes which was confusing. The floor in the room was extremely dirty, it looks like they only vacuum, never actually wash.

Unpleasant and not worth the...

Disliked: This hotel was nothing more than a cheaply renovated motel. Room smelled of mildew and was very whipped and dated. Tv was either extremely old or broken because the sound was distorted and the coloration was wrong. It was very loud at night and hard to sleep because of its location on a busy road and the train tracks right behind the property. We ended up leaving a night early due to not being able to get a good nights rest the night before.
