Passable

Liked: Stayed here over MLK long weekend for 3 nights in a 2 queen bed room. Location is decent and the Moover bus is convenient to head to the slopes if you don’t want to deal with parking. Of course that’s when the bus actually does show up!! We managed to use it on 2/3 days.
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned a single time during the entire stay, not even a fresh set of towels… No one even asked if we needed anything. The property does not have a Ski room and you are not allowed to walk in with ski boots. This is incredible for a resort hotel in a ski resort. What are guests supposed to do? Use their cars as a ski room? What if you didn’t drive in? They also should put in EV chargers like practically every resort hotel! The hotel supposedly has a nice restaurant that’s open to the public. We tried to book one morning for dinner the same night and they said they were fully booked. This type of hotel restaurants always block a number of tables for hotel guests. I couldn’t believe that they couldn’t accommodate a party of 3 for dinner even though we were fully flexible with time… And finally the whole place is really old and has a musky smell. I think it’s way overdue for an update….
