Liked: Iconic hotel in a fabulous location!
Disliked: The room we received did not match the images shown on booking.com. We checked in at 3pm and our luggage was not received until 5pm. Furthermore, the carpet in our room shabby and covered in bleach stains. The quality of the rooms and service was not synonymous wither a 5 star hotel experience.

Iconic hotel with excellent location....

Liked: Beautiful hotel and just as iconic as we imagined.
Disliked: For the price of the room, there was no complimentary tea or coffee available in the room, found that disappointing.
