Liked: Definitely disappointed on the housekeeping aspect. Did not get our rooms cleaned for 2 days.Staff were rude with some exceptions.

Liked: Pretty rooms, beautiful bar, very friendly and helpful staff, great location, comfy beds and pillows.
Disliked: The room wasn't totally clean. Dirty linens from the previous guest were in a pile on the table, and there were some stains on towels. There was a nightlight in the bathroom that we couldn't figure out how to turn off, and it shined on the bed. We had to close the heavy, hard-to-slide bathroom door (barn door), which made nighttime bathroom use hard and disruptive. Also, the door offered little privacy for the bathroom, so if you aren't very close to your partner, that might be a negative.

Beautiful hotel

Liked: Loved our stay! We showed up in the middle of a big dust storm and were so relived to be in a beautiful hotel that we’d feel comfortable hanging out in while the dust settled. Very easy to walk anywhere

Liked: Very clean and comfortable beds . Staff are wonderful. The only problem is the proximity to the bars. So on Friday night music was too loud so we couldn’t sleep

Disliked: We were on the 11 floor and it sounded like we were in a nightclub until 1 am. Not sure where the music and general noise was coming from..
