Cleaning first

Liked: The room is spacious. Near the city center, train station. There is private paid parking 19€, but only for a few cars. The staff is polite and helpful. Big lounge area.
Disliked: The minus is that the dust on the lamps, mirrors and glass cabinet doors must be cleaned and free of fingerprints. The coffee machine has not been cleaned, there is used coffee and dirty, smelly water inside. No shower cap or cotton swabs for make-up, because the hotel is 4 stars. I walked around the room in white socks, they became dirty, the floor was vacuumed but not washed. Do not go to a restaurant, the food is not tasty, like from a supermarket, frozen and heated in a microwave oven, and the price is super high. The pillows could be of better quality, you can feel lumps of synthetics inside.The upholstery of the armchair needs to be replaced, does not add quality to the room.

Disliked: I payed for late check-out and I still got interrupted multiple times. I understand that it wasn't ment to make me uncomfortable but it was. I went home earlier on 13:00-13:30 instead of 15:00.

Liked: All was exactly like it should have been for the stay. reception organised a reservation in the opposite restaurant for dinner on our arrival. The room was very spacious and clean with all that you need on your trip.
Disliked: At the breakfast area, the staff didn't offer us proper coffee, just from the cattle. We asked for a cappuccino from the machine, and it seemed to be a bit of an issue for the staff to offer coffee twice! This was disappointing.
