Liked: Amazing location, close to bus station, which was really handy, especially as staff are so kind to look after luggage. Very quiet, warm and spacious room with view as an upgrade. Heating fully adjustable. Finally very comfy pillows, two per person. Blackout curtains and an amazing bathroom with a brilliant shower. Massive and comfy bed and great choice of teas and coffees.Staff were all so friendly..We did not try breakfast but the menu had a good choice.
Disliked: Nothing really, but it took me a, while to figure out how to open a window and which one, so a sign with instruction would be handy.

Central location, excellent room and...

Liked: Amazing central location and easy access into the building.
Disliked: I enjoyed every part of this hotel. Only issue I would say is that anyone struggling with mobility issues may have difficulty as there was no elevator to the above floors

Liked: Very central. Extremely helpful and friendly receptionist. Clean.
Disliked: No life. We had heavy bags. Tiny room in attic with little head room. Not good value for money.

Liked: On arrival we were upgraded to a larger room. Staff were very helpful and polite. The location was fantastic, within reach of amenities and places of interest. The area was not too busy, the hotel was very pleasantly decorated, with a convenient bar and more importantly, a comfortable and quiet room. We will return, thank you.

Liked: I think it's great to stay here, it's very close to the train station and bus station and can walk to the business center. The staff is also very kind and I would love to choose this place again.
