Disappointing

Liked: Location was perfect.
Disliked: Room very small, but more importantly nowhere to put anything, so lived out the suitcase. Light switches on the other side of room, no convenient power outlets. Only Netflix and YouTube on tv, made worse by unreliable wifi.

Exceptional

Good place to stay

Liked: The room was nice and clean, mini bar prices were reasonable, nice view of the gold coast over the water, bed was comfy enough, check in and check out super easy with keylocks on the doors to get your key cards
Disliked: I thought there was a pool for some reason but there wasn't, the sign was sparking at the plug so we unplugged it, I think it was a little expensive for one night but it is holidays I guess and cheaper than most other places

Liked: Excellent location. Views from rooftop terrace. Check in/out staff were all lovely and very helpful.

Travelled 5 hors for The...

Liked: Top location opposite beach on the east and Twin Tiwns Services Club on the west with only 100200 metres to walk to either. Rooftop bar with rest rooms on site and room decor so cool. A grand idea tgat will stay for a ling time I believe (and hope) so I can revisit for a longer time frame next trip. Lauren was tremendously helpful for us NSW Country travellers and wonderful to deal with.
Disliked: THE WEATHER - Unfirtunately the Hotel does not have the capacity to stop tge rain, but the fun rooms made up for that issue!!

Amazing

Liked: The rooms were super cool. Loved playing vinyl albums in our room. Lauren and Samana were more than accommodating and friendly. Would return in a heartbeat.
