issues

Liked: very friendly staff and food was good
Disliked: moldy room, electrical items not pat tested for 12 months, shower leaked in bathroom, no heating apart from a plug in heater, window wouldn't close properly

Disliked: The junction of the road to the location is not lit and not well signposted.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The room smelled funny, it was cold, no extra pillows or blankets in the room, breakfast was supposed to be full English and did not have toast, hash browns. Very disappointed.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: No lifts and no porters. How do they expect tourists with heavy luggage to go to upper floor rooms.The location is off the main road and not at all good
