Stunning sea views are offered at this cliff-top hotel overlooking Swanage Bay. With private steps down to the beach The Pines provides free parking and full English breakfasts. Light and traditionally furnished every room at The Pines Hotel has a flat-screen TV and free tea and coffee. A private bathroom is featured in each room while some boast balconies overlooking the sea. All rooms are accessible by elevator apart from the ground floor rooms that are accessible by 3 steps. The restaurant looks out over the Isle of Wight and Swanage Bay and uses fresh produce in its menu with a range of local specialties. The hotel is located at the eastern end of the 95-mile long UNESCO World Heritage Site the Jurassic Coast. Swanage's center is a 5-minute drive away and Corfe Castle is 15 minutes away by car.

A very enjoyable break.

Liked: First time in Swanage. The hotel is a good base for a visit to the area. The staff were all polite & helpful. I would recommend a stay at The Pines.
Disliked: Not much really.

Very enjoyable stay

Liked: The location was perfect. The view from our bedroom was just as we wanted. A sea view. We look forward to coming back later in the year.

Loved it and WILL be...

Liked: Beautiful room with an amazing view and balcony. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional. Breakfast was plentiful and the sausage and bacon were delicious.. Will definitely be back!
Disliked: Nothing!

Disliked: Had we booked direct with the hotel it would have worked out some £60 cheaper for us in future we will check booking . Coms prices before committing to a firm booking

Beautiful views , lovely beach...

Liked: Beautiful location, spacious free car park. Friendly gentleman on reception on check in.Nice breakfast. Very clean.
Disliked: You are not allowed to take your dog anywhere in the hotel. Only in your room. The single room was uninspiring , dull, small .When we were shown into breakfast we were not spoken to by the host. She did not tell us how things worked we waited and eventually had to ask other staff member who was lovely. It would be nice to be greeted by a friendly face in the morning.
