Liked: The location was fantastic and the overall vibe and interior design of the hotel were top notch. Our room was incredible - bright, luxurious and spacious. You could really tell the level of attention to detail that went into this place. It was like being inside a magazine cover. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and even accommodated an early check-in for us when our flight arrived early. The welcome cocktail was a nice touch!
Disliked: The lighting in the bathroom wasn't the best for makeup (the magnifying lighted mirror was very dim or broken at the time). The grab & go breakfast options in the lobby were limited, but with so many amazing restaurants nearby that was not a deal breaker for us.

Liked: Convenient location. Very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Street noise was very loud. There was an issue with a smoke smell in our room that appeared to be coming from the fireplace in the courtyard. Others complained about it. The fire was put out and it seemed to dissipate.

Beautifully appointed with outstanding service

Liked: Beautiful design led hotel, with exceptionally good service and excellent room facilities. Almost an apart-hotel as you have a kitchen and laundry facilities making it perfect for a stop off as part of a bigger trip. It’s a great central location in Charleston, just tucked away enough to be quiet. They provided lots of lovely touches, there’s a great grab and go breakfast station, a welcome cocktail, and the staff sent chocolates when I mentioned we were on our honeymoon. There is also a lovely turndown service every night and very attentive housekeeping generally - it is spotlessly clean.
Disliked: Nothing really - there’s a lovely courtyard but nowhere in the lobby or elsewhere to linger. Would be great if there was an inside area to sit and wait for taxis etc. that wasn’t right by the check in desk. That is hugely nitpicking a wonderful hotel.
