The staff were excellent and helpful. I will absolutely stay at the Wyndham Pier Point in Ventura, CA again.

Superb

Liked: A beautiful location with flowers everywhere on the hotel grounds.
Disliked: It is adjacent to the 101 Freeway but the road noise was not very noticeable at night.

Disappointing.

Disliked: Staff attitude. Charged more than the online booking price. Staff was unable/ unwilling to correct it. No apology offered. Power supply for bedside lamp and alarm clock connected to an extension cord draped over the headboard. Unsightly and probably unsafe. The construction was unsightly and didn’t represent the reputation of the facility. I , along with almost everyone else was there as a result of being evacuated during the mountain fire. Overall a disappointment.
