Disliked: Oh My Gosh, where do I start....... let's go back to 2022 to begin with and my wife getting locked in our room whilst they tried to fix it. We obviously were not happy and after an email or 2 we were compensated and promised by management that if we would allow them to try again they will oversee are reservation and maintain our stay would be memorable.Memorable it was.........We checkcked in on the 10th December for 4 nights, could only stay 2 nights and had to leave as it has become an awful awful place. We booked for Bed and Breakfast and at the time of our reservation they had a breakfast bar and an evening bar.Since then although you pay approx £21.50per head for breakfast you now only get a £15 voucher to use in the bakery attached that has 8 tables and is also open to the public. So a ham and cheese croissant and a coffee is all you can have unless you wish to pay extra. I'm sure at the time of booking it never said bed and some breakfast. On arrival after a long road journey we found our kettle in the junior suite wasn't working, this was reported immediately and it took them 2 days to replace it, but only after my wife stormed to reception from the 4th floor to ask for the umpteenth time.We spoke to the manager on the morning of the 3rd day and we explained our frustration and showed her the breakfast I was served and asked if this was acceptable. This discussion was done in the small foyer as apparently they have no where private to discuss. I had to demand a refund for the remaining stay and moved hotels to The radison liecster square..I ha e had to give it 1 star but if I could give it less I certainly would. So the overview is if you want to stay in a shoebox have a dried up croissant stuffed with cheese that was on display for hours and cold a pot of tea clear the table yourself so you can sit this is for you. If not look elsewhere seriously though look elsewhere this place is awfully.
