Will come back to Montcalm...

Liked: Great staff who were helpful at every turn. Lovely room - very quiet and wonderful breakfast (we got transferred to the Royal London Hotel by Montcalm)

Liked: We loved the location!We stayed at the club room and the room is big, comfortable and we are definitely going to come again.Our friends took the economy room and we were really surprised to see how small it is compared to ours.

Fantastic location and friendly staff.

Liked: Location was amazing. Very comfortable room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The fire alarm going off during the day on Monday and again at 2am and 3am early Tuesday morning. Apparently, guests had decided to take a shower at these times and the steam from the shower had triggered the alarm system. The spa facilities were not available.
