Lovely hotel in a fantastic...

Liked: Fantastic location for exploring central London (very close to China town & the west end) and the staff were very helpful & friendly. It was my husbands birthday and they helped make it special, giving us a room upgrade. The rooms were clean, comfortable and lovely with everything you needed plus a complimentary bowl of fruit.

Liked: we had a very pleasant stay in march 2025 room was small but very clean and everything you neededspecial mention to Aura at reception who went the extra mile to make sure we had the best experience she was first class along with Hassan the concierge will defiantly be going back

Great Location but not a...

Liked: The location is the best part of the hotel. It cannot be any better if you just want to be in the central London and don’t want to spend time in commuting. Also, the hotel is literally opposite to China Town so you can enjoy the night life very easily. The hotel room was clean and the staffs were super nice and helpful.
Disliked: It is a roadside hotel, so it might be a bit noisy at night. However, it is not a major problem. We went for the Four Poster Suite so it was an expensive room. Considering the price and the hotel claiming to be a 4-star hotel, I think it was a bit disappointing. I expected better quality in terms of room quality. They could provide better bedding/pillow etc considering it is supposed to be the most nicest and expensive room in a 4-star hotel.
