Overall, great stay. Only issue was upon check out. I had paid for the room in advance, yet received a bill for $250. It was my name and room, but nothing else matched. The front desk was not helpful and almost rude. It was their mistake and they cleared it up. Not a single, "I'm sorry". The word, sorry, goes a long way with me. Check your bill on the way out!

Liked: Everything else was great.
Disliked: Bad taste left with the final billing process.

Liked: Excellent staff, excellent location for Summerfest.
Disliked: Having to pay for Internet from the room.

An old Grand Hotel still...

Liked: This is one of the old grand hotels still alive that values the individual customer. I so appreciated their care and concern for our needs and because of that and the beautiful restoration we will return in 2 weeks.

Disliked: What's not to like? the crowded reception area
