Overall, great stay. Only issue was upon check out. I had paid for the room in advance, yet received a bill for $250. It was my name and room, but nothing else matched. The front desk was not helpful and almost rude. It was their mistake and they cleared it up. Not a single, "I'm sorry". The word, sorry, goes a long way with me. Check your bill on the way out!

Disliked: Bad taste left with the final billing process.

Liked: Excellent staff, excellent location for Summerfest.
Disliked: Having to pay for Internet from the room.

Liked: The service was excellent. It was squeaky clean and the staff were wonderful. The coffee was good and plentiful.
Disliked: The food was lackluster. I had avocado toast and it was pretty underwhelming. Not sure if it’s a reflection of today’s food prices, but I think it was $18.00 for a very small piece of toast with a bit of avocado smashed on top and one over medium egg.

Liked: I loved this place! It was beautiful, the location was nice, the price (with a booking discount) was reasonable, guest service was on point, and champagne on arrival was a plus. My espresso martini at the bar was delicious. My absolutely only complaint was the hairball in my shower, but other than that, it was a perfect weekend getaway. I hope I can plan another stay!
