Overall, great stay. Only issue was upon check out. I had paid for the room in advance, yet received a bill for $250. It was my name and room, but nothing else matched. The front desk was not helpful and almost rude. It was their mistake and they cleared it up. Not a single, "I'm sorry". The word, sorry, goes a long way with me. Check your bill on the way out!

Liked: Such a beautiful historic building. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Great on-site restaurants. Staff were very helpful. Pricey but well worth it - very opulent. Great location, walking distance from everything. We visited for Adepticon and there was a shuttle from the hotel to the convention center which was very convenient.
