Liked: Very comfortable room. Wonderful views. Housekeeping and all staff very friendly and helpful. Location was very useful for us.
Disliked: We were on the third floor and the plumbing was a bit quirky. The shower did not have enough pressure-perhaps an electric pump is needed/upgraded? Radiator also never got hot but as the week was reasonably mild, this was not really an issue then.

Disliked: It was noisy from the road. The bedroom was only single glazed.

Liked: A lovely, comfortable and beautifully furnished hotel.I have to single out the pleasant, helpful and friendly young gentleman at reception. Meeting and greeting is so important for the hotel and for the guest experience.
Disliked: The negatives for me was having to book breakfast, and even then we were forgotten about for taking our order. The toilets in the public area of the hotel were lacking. Toilets blocked or not flushing and the toilet roll holders aren't the easiest for releasing paper

Liked: Place excellent, staff very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Room very clean and spacious. Entertainment in the evening which was unexpected but brilliant. Breakfast top quality.
