No pool, watch your charges

Liked: On google it really looks as though there is a beautiful pool and ballroom. There is not. My booking also said Breakfast is available. Well, it is... But be prepared to pay $20 for an omelette in their restaurant/bar. The room, especially the bathroom, was fantastic. Good view. Manager was amazing and attentive.
Disliked: No free breakfast, no pool. Charges were wrong. Ended up charging me $39 more than I was supposed to! Then, I email the property and absolutely no response. Frustrating!

We will certainly come back...

Liked: Location, decor, charm of an older building, renovated well, staff, and competitive pricing. Booking.com listed them and gave high ratings by others who stayed.
Disliked: There is no heating in the bathroom. The tile floor was Stone cold. We ran the hot water in the shower to warm the bathroom up.

Lovely Hotel

Liked: Everything! Such a happy hotel. Staff esp. Front Desk Alice and Charles were so welcoming, friendly and kind. The young man at the Bar was outgoing and so nice, also the doormen were courteous and friendly.Housekeepers too.Can't say enough nice things about our stay, it was lovely.See you again .

Disliked: The sketchy ass parking garage next door and the fact it costs $40 to Valet just for them to park it in the sketchy parking garage.
