Poor, would not recommend.

Liked: The room was nice and a good size
Disliked: The spa wasn’t great, there was nowhere to sit whilst changing in the changing rooms, very small and cramped. The pool area was far too bright, no ambience at all. The relaxation area was tiny and you had a wall to look at. Both my husband and I had 90 minute massages which cost nearly £400 each which were appalling, it was as if they’d never massaged before, we couldn’t wait for them to finish. Then upon checkout they had put a £32 per person service charge on which we weren’t aware of and wasn’t deserved considering the massages cost nearly twice the price of a massage at the Corinthia, whose spa is exceptional. We booked the stay on the day of the stay and when we arrived at the hotel at 5pm, the room still wasn’t ready even though check in was 3pm. They shouldn’t sell the room if it’s not ready to be stayed in. We ordered room service which all came cold so we had to ask for replacement hot food, which were not charged for but by the time we actually got our food we just wanted to go to sleep. We had already booked to stay at this hotel via your site in two weeks time, but have cancelled it today as it’s not worth the money at all.
