Liked: The communication from Richard and Sarah before and during our stay was excellent.Lots of thoughtful extra touches.Lovely breakfast and hosts.Would recommend

Lovely room and property.

Liked: Great attention to detail with polite instructions and signs for simple things like the lights.
Disliked: The breakfast room was very quiet such that guests could hear each others conversations. Some subtle music would add ambience.

Nice.

Liked: Good room Really enjoyed the breakfast
Disliked: Not much contact with the owners a bit more information on arrival would have been nice.There a lot of large crows in the trees lining the road outside which makes parking tricky, my car was immediately in need of a car wash !

Great guest house with kind,...

Liked: Very cosy and welcoming guest house with really high standards of cleanliness and a brilliant vegetarian cooked breakfast (asparagus, haloumi, egg, tomato, mushrooms) plus great fruit, cereals, tasty freshly baked bread and homemade marmalade - a real treat. Owners Sarah and Richard very helpful and thoughtful, for example, allowing guests to use the breakfast room for evening takeaways. Great value, in a nice, central location. Looking forward to returning soon.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say. A lovely house!

Lovely B&B

Liked: We really enjoyed our two nights at the Pendennis - parking outside was easy and we were only a short walk from the sea front or the shops and entertainment in Chapel Street. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and breakfast was amazing with loads of options for veggies/vegans if required. Richard and Sarah were lovely hosts and we look forward to returning if and when we’re next in Penzance.
