Lovely Hotel in a perfect...

Liked: Location and surroundings.
Disliked: Breakfast service was lengthy. Food took a long time and no offers of refills on coffee and juice. Food was excellent.

A lovely friend and elegant...

Liked: I had an elegant and very clean room with lovely bathroom and a comfy bed. The staff were very helpful and the concierge was very helpful in getting taxis. The breakfast was lovely and the dining room was friendly and efficient. I felt very safe as a lone female traveller.
Disliked: There was some traffic noise but this is near the Victoria and Albert museum, so very busy.

Excellent location for any London...

Liked: The location is perfect and the breakfast in bed was a very nice touch, perfectly done and nicely presented.
Disliked: Bed has a fabric canopy above which had clearly collected dust, detracting from the otherwise clean room. In other hotels with much lesser room rates, tea service would include fresh milk and biscuits, the Pelham did have only £5 Kit Kat, so not too many small touches for the luxury price.

Cosy hotel but serious problems...

Liked: Cosy interior. Very good beds. The hotel is in very good conditions. Great concierge whom I tipped 10 Pounds in cash.
Disliked: I payed extra to get the 25m2 room - but it felt much smaller. The room was directly at the elevator so every move/sound of it was reflected in the room. Upon check out I had to pay a hotel service charge -for?? After check out I received by email the service charge invoices incl full guest details of two other families checking out the same day - so there seems to be a serious problem with data privacy.
