This is a charming hotel...

Liked: The location was perfect and the decor beautiful. The staff at the desk was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Housekeeping somehow missed our room and it didn’t get cleaned. Nor did we have get clean towels without asking. The valet brought the wrong car so I’m not sure how that even happens.

It was great awesome customer...

Liked: I loved the room it was so beautiful better than in the pictures nice tv with surround sound and a chandelier hanging above the bed, plus the bathroom was super nice very beautiful more modern sleek design than in the pictures. The customer service was awesome too they went ahead and reserved us a spot at the ruth Chris we walked to it through the casino just down the street. I had a very nice time.
Disliked: The room we got happened to be outside the smokers area where I could hear the street noise but they had a little noise machine on the bedside near the window which helped plus it wasn't constant.

All around excellent! Would definitely...

Liked: Excellent location, stylish rooms, amazing brunch downstairs (Ruby Slipper), friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: Cheaper parking would be nice.

Liked: Excellent location! Close to everything, yet still off a quiet street. We had a window room and had no issues with noise. Check in process was super easy, mostly done online and just had to get the key on arrival. Rooms were very spacious, loved the decor. Beautiful hotel. Would definitely recommend!
Disliked: Housekeeping service was spotty, felt like you had to get up very early for anyone to come, which may be difficult in this city ;) .
