Comfortable and the staff was...

Liked: Breakfast wasn’t available at the hotel, we had to go to the restaurant next door, but it was good. The proximity to the French Quarter and parade routes.
Disliked: Housekeeping could have been better. Sometimes towels or coffee making supplies weren’t replenished and dirty towels were left in the room.

Disliked: The young lady was very rude upon arrival.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Slept great!

Liked: It was in a great location, walking distance to everything!
Disliked: I didn’t like how there wasn’t an ice machine. When I asked about ice the front desk lady said they had some in bags in a freezer but didn’t offer any to me. The drains were slow to drain.

Great boutique hotel within walking...

Liked: Great location. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again.
Disliked: Needed more light as you came in room by closet. Needs dresser for items you do not hang.

Boutique Hotel with great staff.

Liked: Not too far from a lot of things we wanted to do. The place was nice and the staff was very nice.
Disliked: Our room did have a weird haze and chemical smell when we checked in. It went a way mostly but not completely which wasnt ideal.
