Liked: Quiet clean stay with friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Pillows were flat and uncomfortable, recommend more pillow options or extra pillows

Liked: The room was clean, great location for what we did. I felt like there were safety precautions in place and I appreciate that.
Disliked: I felt like one of the front desk employees were not very welcoming and friendly. The others spoke when we were leaving or coming back in for the night.

Disliked: They charge for water bottles, I think they should give their guests free bottles of water.

Quite, cozy and stylish!

Liked: Good location. Staff is very polite and informative. The roof. Was extremely clean! Cozy and comfortable room. Quite. Never stayed in an interior room before. Very dark. Great for rest and sleep.
Disliked: Cable TV. Too many channels of nothing. We prefer roku. (Not a problem at the edge of the French quarter. There are many more entertainments in walking distance.)
