Disliked: Had a power cut in my room I ended up ironing my clothes in the hallway as the receptionist was new and no one would answer the phone to her to tell her where the issue was. Happens a lot apparently

Disliked: I think I was just unlucky to be honest, the hotel seemed lovely and clean. I was given a different type of room which was new and quirky. The only problem was it’s not designed for people over 6 feet. Had to duck to get into my room and ended up hitting my head 3 times due to the ceilings being so low. Spent the rest of the night crouching round Was fine for one night but anymore would of driven me crazy

Liked: easy walk from train, and back into town. staff were very friendly and very accommodating. clean room with tea and coffee facilities and hairdryer. decent shower. nice choice for breakfast
Disliked: lot of furniture in the room, so had to move chairs to get access to wardrobe and toilet. breakfast was a bit cold when served to the room, but staff provided fresh hot coffee when we asked

Disliked: The windows rattled curtains blew around the restaurant is indian with no English or Irish food. We didn't eat there as we are not into indian food

Disliked: The reception always have no one, even though they said they are 24 hours. Wanna check in but have to call and wait, breakfast was given wrongly (white toast but gave me brown toast), receptionist said can give boiled egg for breakfast but the staff who gave the food said they can’t do boiled egg. Why can’t both side communicate?
