Quirky and comfortable, a real...
Liked: The reception was fantastic. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast in bed was amazing. We loved the quirkiness of the hotel.

Liked: The receptionist was very professional, made me feel welcome soon as I stepped in, and shared all the information I needed. At the restaurant, staff were also amazing. I had a great dinner.

Lovely relaxing place
Liked: Very friendly staff and put you at ease. She also pointed out of we did have lots of noise in the corridor we were to report it.
Disliked: Few issues in the bathroom, nothing big but would of made room even better.Mirror in bathroom lights around it didn't work, 1 of spotlights in bathroom not working, a screw in the tiles in a corner, wood behind toilet coming away. The mattress on bed seem to have lost it's support in the middle as we both kept rolling into each other.

Nice friendly hotel.
Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Room and bed were a good size.
Disliked: No milk to make tea or coffee in the morning.

Will definitely return
Liked: Location was fab, we were in Peterborough for the New Theatre, which was just round the corner. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a King room which was a lovely surprise. Staff were really friendly. The decoration throughout the hotel was nice. Will definitely be returning.
Disliked: The bathroom was huge but the shower wasn't great. The pressure was minimal and the drain was blocked, so the water didn't drain away. Also, the room was freezing. It did have an air con unit to heat it up, but that was really noisy which kept waking us up. And, not to any fault of the hotel, the other guests were very noisy. And due to the age of the building you could hear all of it, in the early hours.
