Liked: The pictures is exactly how it is in real life. Staff an exceptional. Room is clean, tidy and comfortable. Bathroom is stunning. Attention to detail is exquisite.

Liked: The reception staff were friendly at check in and upgraded me from a standard to a superior room. The Turkish restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic.
Disliked: The superior room was just bigger. The sash windows were draughty, the room cold. The only heating was a noisy air-conditioning unit. To sleep I would have had to turn it off and get cold. The curtains were hanging off the rails and the net curtains ripped. On the whole nothing like it is portrayed on their website. I moved to a standard room which better.The only option for breakfast was to have it delivered to the room, the options were few, the portion minuscule and I didn't even get everything I ordered, I ordered an omelette (see photo). One of the photos is from their website, the others are the reality.

Disliked: Concern about them printing off my bank details for their use and didn’t seem secure. Breakfast not included and when purchased it was wrong one day. It was cheap and looked it.
