Staff pleasant and hotel quiet

Liked: Location for shows and subway. Offers a small breakfast in a pleasant surrounding and also coffee bar throughout day. ( wine at 5:00 I didn't take advantage of)
Disliked: I think the extra pillows are old and discolored - and there is a " tick tick" sound every time the heater starts up. Often hear toilet running - otherwise quiet place

Unpleasant! Feel robbed!

Liked: I booked hotel for 16th birthday celebration and had a horrible experience
Disliked: I traveled with my twin, husband and my son who has a above elbow cast. Pulled out couch had 2 white bugs that I killed immediately. No other accommodations were suitable for 5 and had to leave hotel. Now they are refusing to refund me. They said they need proof of bugs !! I didn’t take pictures but my husband saw bugs too

New favorite hotel in Manhattan!

Liked: Love this Gem of a hotel!! The location was in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Loved the wine hour in the evening! The parking was right next door, which is so convenient. We ate at the steakhouse that is next door, the food was great! We will definitely be back!!
Disliked: Nothing.

Exceptional

Good location, comfortable beds and...

Liked: Good location, right near Times Square and accessible subways on either side of the block. Staff on the door really friendly.
Disliked: Pending when you are travelling, price per value didn’t meet our expectations. Unfortunately that’s part of trying to move hotels and ending up with Pearl. I wish I had explored options in West Village or the likes and used the trains to head up to Times Square.

Liked: Clean on quiet street but within 7 minutes of walking to everything! Great location
Disliked: Nothing we didn’t like… free breakfast…how can you complain about “free” in NY?? Guess it would have been better if had scrambled eggs instead of just hard boiled eggs.. there must be additional rules to serve hot breakfast items…still great!
