Great stay.

Liked: The hotel is spotlessly clean, large, comfortable bed. Complimentary snacks/tea/coffee/hot chocolate 24/7. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: The only complaint was with the TV in the room which kept switching itself on and off, we reported it on the first day but it wasn't resolved. We just managed with it in the end.

Liked: We had a pleasant stay as a family of 4. Everything was excellent, specially location of the hotel if you want to visit Upper Manhattan. Hotel is just a right on Times Square corner and near Central Park, Intrepid museum, Rockfeller center and Empire state building. Only recomendation would be to upgrade breakfast, adding some scramblled eggs, bacon and typicall american pork sausages! That would really make a huge difference! All in all, we enjoyed alot and would come again if we visit NYC in the future...

Lovely hotel in great location...

Liked: Good sized bedrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast options. Location was excellent for what we wanted to do.
Disliked: Table availability/space for breakfast was limited for the number of guests staying in the hotel. We would have liked more hanging/closet space in the room for coats etc.

Good hotel but not great

Liked: location is great right in the middle of Broadway and 2 min walk to Time Square. Overall the place is good but maybe too expensive for what you get
Disliked: Room was quite big but there were problems. Fridge and heating were far too noisy. The door was not positioned properly in the frame and would bang every time another door on the floor closed. We had to use a paper bag to close it properly and keep it steady.Breakfast was shocking. NO COOKED BREAKFAST. only a selection of bagels, pastries and yoghurt. The only protein provided is boiled eggs. No proper plates or cutlery, everything was plastic. Plates were also tiny. Also, no adequate sitting for breakfast. Apart from a handful of tables, the rest were couches with very low tables making it very uncomfortable to eat. Staff at reception was quite grumpy and looked like they didn't want to be bothered (expect for 1 guy)
