Liked: Staff were lovely, friendly and super helpful. Food was exceptional. The bar and lounge were lovely.
Disliked: The lighting could be better. Too many bright down lights.

Liked: Lovely room. We apppreciated the homemade shortbread and the guitar player in the lounge very much.
Disliked: Breakfast service finished at 9.30 prompt on the Sunday which was a little early for us and we felt rather rushed.

Disliked: Not a lot. Maybe milk and biscuits in the room ( know we could ring reception) but only a small point as everything else was amazing

Liked: This is a very comfortable hotel, everything works perfectly and the staff are charming. More like staying in a private country house than a hotel.
Disliked: The food is very good but perhaps a bit expensive. Dinner in the restaurant is 68.00 for 2 courses and 90.00 for 3 courses. Eating in the bar is less expensive but with a simpler menu.

Liked: Everything was good about the hotel in terms of breakfast service, food and drinks.
Disliked: The hotel is pretty expensive and the rooms were up in the attic which was tricky as the second stairs were narrow and steep. I am uncertain whether the lower rooms were more expensive or not.
