Amazing room in a fantastic...

Liked: Fantastic location, My room was also amazing. Top floor corner room. with a great view down Princess Street. The room was cosy and warm on a cold December day.The hotel is an old building with charm. The foyer area (with Christmas tree when I visited) was friendly and welcoming and the was a bar there for drinks and an open fire.
Disliked: Nothing disliked. Some may be wary of the limited lifts (elevators) as it is an old building. Did not bother me and you can ask for a lower room if you need this facility. For me the view was worth the stairs.

Enjoyable stay, would recommend hotel...

Liked: Location was good for us as we have been before and knew it was ideal for our use.Comfortable lobby area, ideal for meeting people. The staff attention over our stay was excellent.
Disliked: Room 15.Long way to the top to carry cases, even after using lift. The lift could have gone further. The price of the breakfast was quite prohibitive, as there are many eateries that offer cheaper options.I feel this should have been included in our room price. This shows the hotel giving something back.

Was a pleasant stay and...

Liked: Good location. Good breakfast. Cosy comfortable place to stay
Disliked: British version of the shower screen has much to be desired. It allows water to splash on the floor and the wooden siding of the bath causing it to rot and doesn’t look nice and spoils the look of the nice bathroom

Good stay

Liked: Very close to the city centre, they can offer a discount on the parking which is near the hotel
Disliked: Breakfast could be better for that price.
