I would absolutely stay here again/recommend to friends - 5 stars! Clean, friendly staff; the area was nice even though it's downtown.

Liked: The cleanliness and friendly staff.
Disliked: Had a normal coffee pot, but no coffee filters. Also booked through a secondary website that was not updated on the lack of range stove for my king suite.

Very clean hotel.

Liked: Free coffee/close to venues.
Disliked: No shuttles.

Disliked: Breakfast sausage that wasn't cooked enough.

Honestly, we couldn't have been happier with our one night stay at the Parkview Hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly; our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. And you can't beat the free shuttle service. We would stay there again, no question.

Disliked: Honestly nothing.

I wish I had a reason to stay in Syracuse more often. I would stay at the Parkview every time. Hotel is beautiful inside and outside. Ample free parking. After we checked in we caught the hotel shuttle to the concert venue, but not before having a drink in the beautiful bar. Took a taxi back to the hotel and slept soundly. Free breakfast was great. Staff was super nice and helpful at all times. Excellent price for the quality too. A++++
