Liked: The staff were really lovely and welcoming, lovely area down stairs. I'd recommend Coldra Court (also a CM hotel) over this hotel if you don't mind staying just outside cardiff
Disliked: We were put in an accessibility room, there was stains on the bedding (you could tell they were washed but still stained), stain on the base of the tall lamp, mirror in the bathroom had water spots all over.

Clean room

Liked: Very clean room and perfect location for bars restaurants etc.clean room ..
Disliked: Paid to have a nice room was asked like a upgrade for £30 so we had a upgrade not worth the money took £50 from my bank straight away but refused upgrade as it looked like a skittle alley with a bath got to wait 5 days for a refund .not impressed. Hotel does not have the wow factor.

Highly recommended.
