Probably a blip in a...

Liked: Spacious rooms and very clean. Reception were swift when a flood happened.
Disliked: Flood from the floor above necessitated evacuation.. Breakfast unexciting- lack of properly prepared fruit. Emphasis on traditional stodge.Bar noisy and crowded with poor choice / only mass market beers.

Fabulous hotel, great food/staff/location.

Liked: Rooms are clean and comfy, staff are always excellent and friendly.
Disliked: The price is always hiked up for rugby internationals. This one was just about tolerable, not staying with you for Wales v England next year!

Lovely hotel, great location friendly...

Liked: Staff, room and facilities were excellent. Location is perfect for town centre and rugby stadium.All staff went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Purchased four rooms for two nights several months ago. If I’d booked earlier this week I’d have saved £100/room!
