Liked: Great location, beautiful building. A very comfy and pleasant stay overall.
Disliked: No electricity from about 9am. Unable to shower or have light to get ready for the day. I’m sure this was out of the hotel’s hands, but still, it wasn’t the best start to my day.

Very nice and convenient location.

Liked: The hotel room including bathroom is very comfortable. and luxurious. Beds and pillows very good.
Disliked: I was in room 234 and Christmas dance party in bar went on until 12 AM. My room vibrated most of the evening due to very loud music. I did call the desk at one point. I was not sure if they were running hotel or dance hall. Those rooms should be notified ahead of time of this effect.

Disliked: Definitely looking a bit tired in the corridor’s leading to bedroom s, carpets dirty and food stains on walls. The bar staff were horrendously slow in the evening, very poor service indeed. Lovely bar but have the wrong staff. This was our 4th stay at hotel and I don’t think we will return. Car park used to be subsidised by hotel but no longer is which is a disadvantage too.
