Liked: Location was perfect and close to the town centre. The staff are good and resolved the issue with my room promptly. Luke Russell definitely deserves a special mention for his excellent customer service during our stay.

Everything amazing except dogs

Liked: Great location Lovely staff Nice room
Disliked: Room 85 - the duvet cover had been cleaned but it was covered in black dog hairs that were embedded in the duvet fibres This is where I have a real problem with dogs being allowed in rooms Not sure why this is a thing in hotels now?? If it needs to happen then there should be designated rooms with the same linen in these rooms
