Thank you for your lovely...

Liked: Staff were friendly, especially in the spa/leisure centre. Bed very comfy.
Disliked: Little bit dirty in the rooms- stains on walls/ curtains.

Lovely hotel, ideal place for...

Liked: Lovely room, nice spa and gym area, staff were all polite, nice breakfast, will definitely stay again
Disliked: The farm obviously muckspread that day so areas of the hotel didn't smell...great. nothing they can do, just an observation

Relaxing and truly enjoyable stay.

Liked: We chose the Park Royal Hotel because of its location which is close to the M56. We were greeted by friendly staff and checked in promptly. We had a lovely meal in the evening and a fabulous breakfast. Spa facilities were a bonus. Staff were very attentive and a credit to the hotel.
