Liked: wonderful hotel and the staff superb food perfect
Disliked: the cakes on the afternoon tea were dismal and it was just the same as last year i had guests and will not book after noon tea agian

Disliked: The walls was ultra thin, could hear every conversation in the next room and hear the toilet flushing through the nightBed was super comfy however the duvet and pillows was loud when moving throughout the night and the pillows was quite lumpy

Disliked: I was charged by a private company £100 for using the hotel car park. Staff don't automatically register your car when you book in even though you put your reg number on booking form

Liked: The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating.Location for us was great.Brilliant EV charging facilities too.
Disliked: I would say the property is passable.It’s listed as a 4 star however I would say it’s more like a 3 star.When we got to our bedroom there was the previous guests pizza box outside our room and all the other rooms had wine glasses and plates with left over food. Not a great first impression.Inside the room it was ok. There is no mini bar/fridge which I’ve never experienced in a 4 star hotel. The TV wasn’t a smart TV and had no apps. Inside the bathroom there was a 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash. Again most 4 star hotels tend to have some shampoo, conditioner and body wash complimentary. All the piping was exposed in the bathroom and it was generally unsightly. We used the pool and spa on our second day to be told that hotel guests aren’t allowed robes and they’re exclusively for spa guests only…. So a paying hotel guest doesn’t get the same amenities as a guest who is using the spa facilities? Madness.The pool is ok but quite cold. The jacuzzi had 5 people rammed into it and it was full to the brim. The pool and spa area was crammed full of people that have inevitably paid £49 for a wowcher deal; so there wasn’t much room for us to spend time in it.The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The price reflects the quality of the hotel however this is a 3 star… not a 4 star.

Hairballs and large animals creaking...

Liked: The breakfast was OK but they need more of or faster coffee machines. The bacon and sausages were nice but could do with a little more time under the grill. The pool was decent enough but they should invest in one of those cool little pool vaccums to gather the sand that seemed to be all over the bottom. The spa pool needs a little top up as the jets were squirting all over the place. The sauna door needs a latch. A good old scrub to the steam room wouldn’t go amiss.
Disliked: I must say that I am not particularly fond of finding massive hairballs in my bed. The cleaner had the audacity of leaving her name on a card to go with the other massive hairball I found on the floor while doing some stretches. At one point we thought that we were in the middle of an earthquake but then realised that the floorboards were just extremely creaky! I couldv’e sworn that it was Bigfoot and Dumbo in the room above. At one point we thought we were in for a long sleepless night as Bigfoot got his way with Dumbo, but lucky for us, Bigfoot blew his load after a few thrusts!

Amazing

Liked: How relaxed it was and the staff so helpful from start to finish we had the tower suite and was amazing
Disliked: There was nothing we did not enjoy there was the odd smell of cannabis on the front but was Valentine’s Day so was few young couples
