Liked: Location. Comfort of communal areas
Disliked: Complicated billing.

We enjoyed our stay at...

Liked: We liked the hotel appearance when we arrived, the staff were all lovely, the breakfast was delicious, the pool, sauna and steam room were wonderful (we went when there were no kids lessons).
Disliked: Some areas need an update - the bedroom furniture, stairway looking sorry for itself, just a bit tatty in places. We could hear the person using the bathroom next door, but luckily he was only there our first night. The bed was firm (which my husband appreciated), but pillows were very soft (though we didn’t ask if they had firmer pillows to be fair. Breakfast choice was fab, just no black pudding which was a shame.
