Liked: the room was very dry .... and not enough pillows. breakfast was goo d, but very slow and not huge for the price . location great parking staff friendly enough

Liked: Great location with parking and nice restaurant/bar attached
Disliked: Was given an accessible room without notice so it was very uncomfortable using the wet room and sink which was very low and painful to use as a 6ft+ man

Surprisingly good will definitely stay...

Liked: Surprisingly, very good. The hotel staff were lovely. The room was clean, fresh, bathroom toiletries with very nice. The fridge was nicely stocked there were amenities such as an iron, a safe, hairdryer and sky television! The linen was crisp and clean, the bed and pillows comfortable.
Disliked: There was no light by the coffee and fridge area, so it was difficult to see what you were doing.Whilst the fridge was well stopped the tea, coffee and milk were not. A little bit frustrating first thing in the morning. But they are minor issues.

First visit to Teddington

Liked: Location, decor & ambience, draught ales, clean & comfortable rooms, quality breakfast, friendly service from all.
Disliked: Lift not in the front entrance hall of the separate block housing the rooms.

Exceptional

Liked: Beautiful place with a great location to shops, train station pubs & restaurants and River Thames.
Disliked: Having to leave.
