Liked: The decor, furnishings, helpfulness of staff, food, the rooms
Disliked: Totally personal dislike but I hate to see waiters or management who wear ties that are not knotted properly. It looks sloppy and untidy

Liked: Lovely hotel, friendly and efficient staff, always happy to assist. Location perfect for town or river walk. Would definitely recommend it

lovely hotel for couples

Liked: i was travelling alone for work and given single room, whilst the bed was comfortable it wasn't the most pleasant experience of sleeping in a single bed pushed up against the wall like when i was a child.
Disliked: the room was very clean, but so so hot and i was unable to open the window.the bathroom was small, not ideal for a plus size person such as myself. i had to shimmy passed the basin to access the shower cubicle.
