Second stay, brilliant.

Liked: Rooms were well laid out and spacious, bright and airy. Staff were lovely and accommodating.
Disliked: The Nespresso machine that was in our room was thick with dust and after washing it and running hot water through it multiple times it was still coming out dirty so unable to use so had to buy a coffee from the bar.

Ideal location and friend staff

Liked: Stayed in different rooms over several days due to needing to rebook (this was down to me not the hotel) first room (311) was very small bedroom but a huge bathroom. Unfortunately the bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned properly as there were a couple of cotton buds left on the floor from previous guests. Second room (307) was a bit better in size but the shower was very narrow. The room was cold and we had to put on the electric radiator on. The heated towel rail didn’t work properly either. Final room (210) this was in the main hotel was good in size both bedroom and bathroom. This room could do with a little talc. There was a large crack in the sink. The shower was good apart from a grab rail was right in the way so you had to stand sideways to shower. Breakfast was lovely but no sauce was given when asked. Having said all this I would stay again.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable, very good breakfast. Had a slight issue with hot water....not constant and sometimes not hot at all but apart from that a lovely stay with ample, free parking.
