Disliked: I’d be surprised if people could find a genuine dislike I think in fantastic for a wide range of people and I say in a lot of different hotels around the country

Liked: Hi, I just want to start by saying, overall I did enjoy the room & my stay at the park hotel and overall it was nice & pleasant. I was in a standard double in the garden courts section of the hotel. The hotel was set up lovely, nice decor & interior, and it seemed well organised and tidy. The bed & bedding were very comfortable & cosy. The staff on the front desk were very friendly, pleasant & helpful. Thank you. I would stay here again.
Disliked: There were a few things I noticed about the room I stayed in. Mainly about the cleanliness. I did take pictures / videos as proof just incase. I First of all, there was poo marks/stains down the toilet, the top of the mirror was dusty, the top of the TV was dusty, there was dust / dirt attached to the outside of the wardrobe, there was a bit of mess/dirt & a hair on top of the drawers. Also, the dressing table & bedside table nearest the window felt slightly dusty/grubby too. I also noticed, The outside edge of the shower tray was dirty or marked. The kettle lid was dusty and the corners of the spout where the water pours out, they seemed a grubby / rusty too. To add, I noticed that after running the sink tap, it would drip for a little while (thinking either a tap / sink fault or a general plumbing issue). Lastly, I also noticed that the mirror attached to the wall above the bathroom sink - it is obviously meant an electric mirror, but it doesn’t turn on (possible electrical fault?), not only that, I noticed it was a little bit loose from the wall and could be partially moved from the bottom. I don’t expect much to be done with this message or info. But I wanted to mention it all, so that maybe it could be noted for future reference for staff & customers to be aware of. Other than the things mentioned above, which were unpleasant, but realistically they are small / minor things

Amazing value and excellent hospitality.

Liked: High standards of cleanliness and friendly efficient service and plenty of parking excellent breakfast , very comfortable guest areas bar lounge . Hotel overlooking a nice park by the river quiet area / short walk to theatre in town, We were upgraded to a room in main block rather than the annexe . We have stayed in the annexe before which needs updating so we much preferred main block .
Disliked: Some people might find too much light from the lights in car park coming into room . Options of black out blinds may be useful in this side .
