All good, would stay again,...
Liked: Location
Disliked: The lift was broken and my room was on the 4th floor (we were 2 seniors) After first night, they changed the room, which was a nice gesture.

Apart from late night noise...
Liked: Good safe location, Gloucester Road tube about 7/8 minute walk away, Sainsburys and Waitrose en route. 15-20 minute walk to Natural History/ V&A museum or short bus ride. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Noise from Shisha bar kept us awake until 4.00am, our room was at back of hotel (303). Ear plugs helped on second night!

Nice hotel but plan to...
Liked: The room we had was a good size with a generous size en-suite bathroom with a gorgeous shower. Only a quick walk from Gloucester Road tube station and the District and Circle line, which made travel into town very easy.
Disliked: Breakfast in the restaurant associated with the hotel was very poor. I understand that cultural differences probably accounted for the lack of what would normally be included in an English breakfast (no bacon or pork products) but everything on the buffet was cold. I had to leave quickly to attend Remembrance Sunday events, so did not take this up with the staff at the time. Paying £15 for a cold buffet was not a good experience. The staff did say that the restaurant, although located in the hotel is a separate enterprise but advertising for the restaurant featured heavily in the lifts and other public spaces in the hotel.
