Liked: Comfortable beds, clean, modern bathroom with everything you could need. Malaysian restaurant in basement very good and friendly , but doesn’t serve alcohol!

Liked: Great location, had a family room and was very spacious. Room was very clean.
Disliked: The mattress on the double bed was so hard, too late the first night to do anything about it but mentioned it the next morning to a member of staff. They put a topper on the bed which did help and they did suggest moving rooms but as we only had a short stay we made do. Would have been nice to have a proper English breakfast at the hotel too. The breakfast we saw on the hot plate looked like it had been there for sometime, not appealing at all and ended up going out for breakfast each morning instead.

Liked: Overall a positive stay here. The location is great, the rooms are large, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. We had 2 separate rooms, one to the front of the building, which was generally quiet, and one room to the back. This one was unfortunately right above the shisha bar, which is inside the hotel and is open 7 days a week from mid afternoon to early morning. I was able to hear both the music played as well as conversations (not exact words might I add). So, if you are a light sleeper, you may want to ask for a different room, or like me, use ear plugs to be able to sleep.

Fab stay

Liked: We had a lovely time here with my family. The staff were very friendly and provided a cot. The room was large enough to fit everything we need and came with a handy fridge. The hotel is a 9 min walk from Earl’s Court tube station so not too far to walk to reach everything
