Enjoyable overall, and I'd return...

Liked: Central location is what I wanted more than anything. Very comfortable bed. Everyone working at the hotel is extremely friendly and attentive.
Disliked: 1. Coffee pods not manufactured great and I had to ask a cleaning person to vacuum the grounds that ended up on the floor. 2. I also mistakenly left the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door one day and a "nasty" security and "hotel room inspection rights" letter was slipped under my door for my return. I did not appreciate that letter or its tone one bit. Some thought needs to go into its fascistic tone and when it should be used. 3. Some hallway noise from other guests was annoying. This is typical however.

Surprising Hotel in Central Seattle

Liked: The location is in the heart of the business district, directly across from the Seattle Convention Center and walking distance to many attractions. The Westlake Station on the light rail was only two blocks away. The restaurant had a Korean/Asian cuisine which was very excellent.

Liked: The beautiful building and the location. The valet staff were lovely.
Disliked: The staff wasn’t very inviting upon arrival. Normally they’d say “thank you for choosing us, we hope you enjoy your stay”. The damage deposit is $75 per day, that’s absurd. I’ve stayed at 4-5 star hotels all over and never paid that much. Our room had dental instruments in it upon check-in and every 2 min there was a sound coming from the walls, a loud humming sound (2nd floor). Upon telling staff at check-out about the dental instruments in the room (that we left for them to see), they said they’d let someone know. Again, no thank you for choosing to stay with us. Will never return, many other options.
