Disliked: They are under construction so have to go thru back door at valet station to get in. No restaurant

Liked: Loved location in proximity to the theater. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of pillows and quality linen.
Disliked: Wasn’t informed about renovation of lobby. Made checking in more complicated with senior parent and mobility issues.

Liked: I liked that the rooms were clean and the beds were somewhat comfortable. The view was okay.
Disliked: The only water available was on P2 in the gym. Only one elevator worked so we had to wait for it a lot. There was no breakfast- this print said to tell you how breakfast was. It was a nutrigrain bar and an apple and we didn’t even know that existed until we were checking out. There wasn’t even a microwave to warm any food up in our room. We didn’t need a whole kitchen, but a microwave would have been small and compact and easy to fit in the room.In the booking- it would be nice to know how to get parking instead of finding out upon arrival only to find you were sold out of parking due to the convention center UFC fight and the Hamilton thing. Thank goodness Hyatt Olive 8 had openings.I understand you’re in the middle of a remodel. That would’ve also been nice to know.All in all, we probably won’t be back to this hotel. We were overwhelmed with the options so it was a quick pick.
