Disliked: The pillows were awful; barely usable. Bring your own!

Liked: Location was good to go famous location in Seattle by walk. (To the starbucks reserve, To the Pike place market, Downtown shopping as well) Room was clean enough. House keeper was very kind and fast.
Disliked: Due to lobby renovation, I needed to use 2nd floor to check-in/out. And if I need more water I needed to go there. It was a little bit uncomfortable. But staff was nice.

Liked: The location to the Seattle Convention center
Disliked: The hotel is under construction and I was not notified about that. There was no microwave in the facility to use. When I asked to use a microwave to warm up my daughters staff, David, told us the microwave is ONLY for staff use! What in the heck?! There was no lobby. There were ZERO food options. No restaurant of any sort in the hotel. Girls got stuck in the elevator due to it breaking down. Housekeeping did NOT come into our room all weekend. We had to ask for towels and for someone to empty our trash. Their cleaning cart was in the hallway multiple times yet no one came into our room to clean up. Valet was full! I ended up having to pay $72.00 for parking!!! And most importantly when we checked in they couldn't find my room and said my reservation might have been given away! I absolutely WILL NOT recommend The Paramount to anyone! Not even my worst enemy!

Liked: It was close to the convention center
Disliked: There was very little parking available, staff was not welcoming minus the valet workers, They were great. The walls were paper thin as well as the windows. You could hear everything. They were not well cleaned, scuffs on walls, hair and dust on bathroom floors, dust behind everything. Just not great. More like great motel 6 quality. Oh yeah, there were no amenities. No waters, no vending machines, no microwaves…

Excellent location, fair price, super...

Liked: We had a brilliant stay. Beds are super comfy and all the staff was so so nice and helpful and really accommodating.
Disliked: It was all great really.
