Poorly run property by now!

Disliked: When I got to my hotel room around 6PM I wanted to take a shower.Unfortunately, however, there was no hot water. Neither in the sink norin the shower. Furthermore, I realised there was black mold all overthe bathroom.Next morning around 10 AM I address front desk about my concerns.But, there was only a young man around, probably a hotel-trainee whowouldn't understand English. At least, not sufficiently to understand myabove concerns.As far as I understood now myself, the hotel's supervisor might be backlater in the afternoon!?The hotel used to be an IHG Intercontinental hotel before. And obviouslyit has been loved by its customers for this fact before.Meantime, however, the hotel is run by the Accor hotel group, which is knownfor its mostly rather cheap or at best middle-class properties. Therefore, thehotel also changed its name to the rather meaningless name 'The Paragon'.Or at least devoid of any meaning, as the 'The Paragon' actually feels in anycontext as a huge downgrade by now!
