We enjoyed our stay but...

Liked: The location was great and the breakfasts were excellent. The property had an ambiance that was appealing.
Disliked: The room was small-ish (for two people staying for five nights). Some of the furnishings were a bit shop-worn (the rug on the floor and the curtain). Easy fixes, though.

Artisticly unique. Comfortable.

Liked: We were very grateful to find the Parador as we unexpectedly ended up needed an extra night in Santa Fe last minute, and needed a dog friendly inn as we have a small, well behaved dog. The breakfast was wonderful! We also loved the unique creativity and artistic touches of the Parador's rooms. The lotion and other shower amenities from Los Poblanos were wonderful and a really lovely extra touch.
Disliked: We ended up staying in one of the Sun and Moon Suites, due to a last minute schedule change, all that was available. We loved that the Parador has chosen not to have TVs in the rooms, but were surprised that the suite did not have any kind of basic kitchen amenities other than a small coffee maker. Even a small fridge would be greatly appreciated by travelers, especially for the price. The rooms between the two suites are not very sound proof, something that would be very thoughtful to resolve :)
