It was like Miami: nice...

Liked: The staff were great, helpful and kind. The location was good and also the ambiance was great.
Disliked: The elevator noise was all night in our room 1105. Be careful about choosing this room.

Liked: I had a wonderful stay here! The room was spotless, and the staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel has a very cool and calm atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. I really appreciated the early check-in option and the access to the pool, which made my day even better. Overall, it’s a pleasant and enjoyable place to stay.

Very enjoyable stay with good...

Liked: Hotel was welcoming, clean and the room was well specified with modern interior decor, good lighting and a streaming TV. Furnishings, fixtures and bathrooms were to a high standard. Breakfast buffet (extra cost) was good with a varied selection. The beach and pool were easily accessible and well maintained.
Disliked: Elevators are slow. This hotel is expensive, but in the context of Miami Beach, not entirely unreasonable.

comfortable hotel in good location

Liked: Great location with private beach, excellent pool. breakfasts very good.nice poolside bar with good snacks.
Disliked: cheaper valet parking however it was good. one lift out of action for the 4 days we were there.
