Disliked: Terrible music playing in the foyer and dining room.

Disliked: Full English was poor, what the hell were the sausages made of. I didn't know you could produce such a bad fry up.

All in all we enjoyed...

Liked: Helpful staff. We had a leak in the bathroom toilet, so asked to move rooms. Our problem was dealt with straight away and we were in a new room within the hour.
Disliked: We requested a sea view on booking, but were allocated a room at the back of the hotel overlooking the car park. No mention of our request and not being able to meet it when we booked in. An acknowledgement and simple apology from the receptionist would have been appreciated, so could have done better here.I enjoyed a swim in the pool, but the jacuzzi water was the same temperature as the pool, so disappointing and not as enjoyable as it could have been. I expect this is due to pool design. Adapting the current set up or having a separate heated jacuzzi would make the experience much better.
