Fantastic!

Liked: Breakfast, and all food was fantastic. There was plenty of it and prepared and presented to a very high standard. We married in Combe Martin 60 years ago on the 22nd March. The owners and staff made such an effort to make our 60th wedding anniversary even more special. It was also the friendliest place we have ever stayed in.

Disliked: Breakfast didn't start serving until 8.30am which was too late for us as we had to leave by then for work. The staff kindly made a packed lunch for us and left it by the door in the evening, but it being left unrefridgerated all night made it an unappealing option the following day. If we stayed again I would message beforehand and request an early breakfast

Liked: Friendly warm welcome, great food. Large room, and we were allowed to have an earlier breakfast.

Liked: We have stayed at pack of cards many times over the last 6 years. Accommodation is lovely and homely, and the breakfast is very good too, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly, will be coming again soon.

A cosy and welcoming place...

Liked: I love this place. Friendly and welcoming, comfortable and cosy. Very atmospheric old pub and very well - run with super friendly staff and landlord and landlady. The breakfast was great too and although the pub is bustling, we got a great night's sleep as it's very quiet at night.
Disliked: Nothing not to like

Lovely place to stay

Liked: Room was lovely and the bed was so comfy! Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Plenty of options for breakfast and the fry up was delicious. Nice kebab shop next door too
