Miserable and cramped

Disliked: We waited 15 minutes to be let into the hotel because the staff abandoned the reception, the room was tiny and had stains on the sheets, staff could not be less welcoming and the noise was ATROCIOUS. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel

Disliked: This is not a 3 star hotel or 4 star as it advertised in Google maps. The place is dirty with spider webs dust and in general badly maintained. Devices such as hair dryer of TV don't work. The sink in my "triple deluxe" room was broken, and in general it's a sad hotel and works like a money grab.

Convenient and very comfortable

Liked: Conveniently located. A nice welcome when I arrived really late at night. The room is small and aspects of it are dated but the bed was really comfortable, it was very dark when I turned of the lights which was great for my sleep. Vague train noise as close to Euston but this wasn’t troubling at all. Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: When I first arrived it was very late and the staff looked surprised to see me and were unsure about me I think because I was a woman on my own. Once my booking was established they were fine. He was friendly. I asked for bottled water in the room and this was charged for, I don’t think I’ve ever had to pay for a bottle of water when I’ve stayed anywhere, it’s usually included with the room.
