Will not stay here again

Disliked: Breakfast was not what you get at other locations. Room had food left in ice box had to call desk to remove.

Definitely coming back!

Disliked: You need to improve the Booking.com protocol to allow a date modification without having to cancel- this is a Booking.com problem not an Ozarker problem. Rebooking in order to change dates led to a lot of confusion at the hotel. And you should improve your Customer Service experience- less talk and more action.

Liked: The room was nice, breakfast was filling & everything was clean
Disliked: husband was not happy about no coffee maker in the room. Could use a little more lighting. We went down to play games in the lobby area & husband ordered a drink & since they were busy, the girl set the order ticket aside & said would make it & bring it over to our table. evidently they set the order ticket aside & forgot about it. needless to say he was not happy & cancelled the drink & had them take it off the room tab.

Disliked: My only request for improvement- nothing gluten free for breakfast although they said there was.
