Very unpleasant.

Liked: The staff were nice and the location was good.
Disliked: Everything. I know it’s Blackpool and there are some not very nice places to stay but this was nothing like the description given or the photos; definitely a 1 star not a 3. It was dirty, paper hanging off the wall, loft didn’t work, tv didn’t work, on the whole it was pretty rank.

Passable

Liked: The room was nice and clean the staff were nice and friendly
Disliked: It was cold due to window slightly open could not close it, it was advertised for breakfast and entertainment but there was none, no beer on tap cans only.

Liked: Location and staff were perfect My bed was very comfortable
Disliked: Rooms need a update, very old and needs ripping out and starting again!
