Very good
Liked: Repeat visitors...all good after a minor hitch with the booking! Sorted quickly and to our satisfaction! Very convenient to stay if we have something on in the city !

Bad
Disliked: One Room was extremely small, compact, dirty, poorly appointed with furnishings and smelt.Second room was smaller, more compact, and dirty, also smelling. The motel is also advertised as a pet friendly motel, explaining the rancid smell in both rooms.Neither room had capacity to sit at the bench, as the bed was so close to the bench, a chair could not fit in the space.Called reception as there was no information to connect to the wifi. Information was brought to the room.Advised also that there was no housekeeping on the room for the week we were there.Returned to room and called reception again as there was no remote for the TV. A remote was delivered, from another room.Closed blinds and door. The noise was excessive. Both rooms were east facing on the end of the building, making it noisier. Motel was on the corner of the main highway, between Melbourne and Adelaide, beside a set of traffic lights. The rooms were not soundproof, so all noise echoed through the room. Sleep was impossible.Spoke to reception in the morning to ask about other options. Was shown a room in another section of the complex, at the back which was a twin bedroom, share room. We were told that we would need to decide within the next 15 minutes otherwise the room would be booked out.
