Straight off the motorway and...

Liked: Super clean and super comfy. Warm on a chilly February evening and the restaurant was very welcome. Safe parking locked at night is across from the Hotel.

Avoid the annex rooms if...

Liked: Comfortable bed, location easy to walk around Tournus and its attractions. The onsite pub was nice.
Disliked: Our room. We were perhaps unlucky to be in the annex (room 334). The temperature was ridiculously hot and the Aircon / heating unit only blew very hot air. We ended up having to get it turned off entirely and left the window / door wide open to make it tolerable (in January). The room location is also up / down two flights of stairs and lifts don't work. It feels like you are in a time warp. There is no shower, only a bath which is high and tricky to get out of if you're short. The hairdryer is wall mounted that's probably been there since the 1970s. Overall we really didn't like the room. We asked for help with the temperature and if we could move but, no.I don't think this room should be let out at the usual price.
