Liked: The location was very convenient, close to the train station and tram stops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good for the price. However, the hotel and rooms definitely need some renovation works. Unfortunately, there was also an unpleasant smell in the hotel.

Liked: The proprietor was welcoming and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room good too. The breakfast (self service) was excellent. The location is perfect for onward travelling by bus or train.Two observations. The bathroom window has no blind and light comes through to the bedroom through the sliding door panels. It's also big enough for someone to climb in from the neighbouring balcony if you accidentally left it open.
Disliked: As already mentioned.

Liked: Great location. Right in the center near tram and train station. Near shopping center.The staff was very nice. The hotel is safe, warm and clean.I recommend and I would definitely stay again when in Le Havre.

You can do better..

Liked: The location is perfect, it's close to everything you need. Even though the property is close to the road, there was no noise. It is a good value for your money.
Disliked: The bathroom looked neat but the stench coming out of the toilet was so bad. It was like the toilet wasn't properly washed, I had to open my window. The room service just made my bed and didn't sweep my room. My room key was disabled, when I went out, I couldn't access my room when I returned. I went to the counter to ask why my access card wasn't working. The staff just made it work and gave it back to me without any explanation...

Excellent stay - value for...

Liked: Excellent location - 2 mins on foot from the station. The room was small but comfortable enough for one. The place is clean and tidy. The toilet/shower was small but pretty nice for a single person the toiler door is a glass slider (see through!). The restaurant at the groung floor was nice and cozy. I had dinner and just loved it. Reasonbaly priced, the place is accessible from anywhere to anywhere on foot or bus or tram. The staff were really courteous. I would recommend without hesitation.
Disliked: I liked the place but a few points taken care, this could be a great experience: 1. Toilet/Shower: An opaque glass for the door or a curtain; the hand/face wash basin is cute but needs to bigger as the water spills everywhere while washing face. 2. Put a few hangers in the room to hand clothes 3. Breakfast quality could be improved (milk, cereals, boiled eggs).
