Disappointing and the worst Premiere...

Liked: Staff were helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory.
Disliked: The code sent to us for the car park access gate was wrong. We arrived just before 9.00 pm and managed to get the receptionist to let us in. 3 minutes later and we would have been locked out. Then the key card for our room didn't work and we waited 25 minutes for someone to arrive and put it right. The car park layout and exterior of the building was wasn't welcoming, in fact, a little unnerving. The sides of the building do not have lighting and for older and less able people this is also not good. Towels felt damp, no plug in the wash basin.

If you were remaking the...

Liked: You can't beat the price BUT:If you are a family looking for a quick stop over and you are not well-travelled/ have small children, then I'd go for the Ace Hotel in parc expositions instead.If you are a seasoned male solo traveller, or looking for somewhere for you and a bottle of whiskey to hunker down and give up on life, then stay here.Having said that, we're valley Welsh, so along with the several Dutch families alongside us, we coped fine.
Disliked: Aug 2024. This premiere Classe is still awaiting its refurbishment (Premiere Classe are refurbing all of its hotels gradually- this hotel seems to be at the bottom of the list). Bedguard on bunk bed broke, shower was a law unto itself and was either in scald or freeze mode, area was, um industrial?
