Liked: it wasn't expensive
Disliked: the room was cramped and the shower was tiny even for me and I'm only 5ft 2in. it said the rooms were sound proofed but it didn't sound like it 😕

Exactly what I needed after...

Liked: Late arrival. Very courteous and helpful night manager. Bed comfortable Clean and functional breakfast
Disliked: No waste paper basketCouldn’t switch just the bedside lights on!

Liked: Ease of checking in at 4am
Disliked: No vending machine as advertised.

General review

Liked: Having a microwave and a fridge is a good idea and the new bedspread was very nice.The amazing and very helpful staff is a great addition.
Disliked: Obviously, because of lack of double rooms, we had a bunk on top. It's not a big deal, though

Very noisy

Liked: Staff were pleasant and friendly
Disliked: Room very dated, shower head wouldn't stay in holder. Every time someone walked up the stairs outside, you were awakened by the noise of the metal stairs. The radiator beeped constantly throughout the night.

The room was greatly imoroved

Liked: Upgraded room. Fridge, microwave and new lighting was much appreciated
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Needed more selection available for breakfast
