Disliked: I didn't like the fact that they do not give water to drink. You buy one bottle of water for close to 3 pounds. That's heavy to be honest for less than 300mlTheir breakfast was not buffet as earlier mentioned

Comfortable modern bar area and...

Liked: It's a lovely hotel in a quiet area. But the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate bit of confusion plus no staff knocked on doors if deaf person wouldn't hear alarm so they need look at fire safety.
Disliked: stayed with my dog but the breakfast buffet was in a seperate room made it a bit difficult to enjoy as my dog got anxious as she couldn't see me.

Exceptional

Jacuzzi in the bedroom!

Liked: Booked a suite as early New Year treat. Jacuzzi in the bedroom? Why not!Hotel very quiet so minimal staff about not that we needed much. Room was clean & tidy. Staff were friendly & helpful.
Disliked: Bed was a little hard for our liking. A thin memory foam topper would do it wonders.Extraction fan in shower wasn't working - not huge issue but needs fixing.

Liked: Large rooms, comfortable bed and bunk beds, clean sheets, good English breakfast ,warm pool and sauna, smart tv
Disliked: Room radiator not working ( only bathroom was), difficult to set temperature in shower, only cold water shower available before entering pool and sometimes not working, room window not sealed, no plugs near bed, no fresh fruit for breakfast, kids swimming ends at 5

Liked: Breakfast and service was good, room was spacious and bed was comfy
Disliked: Room was very cold need a better heating system
