Liked: Convenient location and friendly guy on reception.
Disliked: Generally feels run down once you’re in the room. The entrance and reception area is lovely, clearly recently renovated, but the room and bathroom could do with some work. It felt very corporate, the floor was marked in multiple places, there were lots of marks and dust, especially on top of the headboard and lights. £130 seemed very steep considering the amount of wear and tear in the room. Overall it just didn’t hit the mark. I would advise you go to the nearest premier Inn for better cleaning standards and a more reasonable price. No blackout blinds or curtains, even when shut there was a sizeable gap which isn’t ideal when you’re situated on the ground floor.Lastly, the room was much smaller than the rooms in the pictures, it’s just false advertising. I understand using a wide lens to enhance visual space but in this instance it just wasn’t representative of the actual room size.

Disliked: I have booked and paid for room 19 m and got 14!! It was way too small and very uncomfortable for two of us with 3 suit cases ! Won’t come here anymore
