Liked: Location to airport for early flights. Shuttle service to airport is hugh.
Disliked: I did not get my wake-up call I scheduled

Great stay near the airport

Liked: We flew home to Cleveland, but the weather/roads were too bad/icy for someone to pick us up. We booked this last minute because it was close, the least expensive and had an included shuttle from the airport. The shuttle driver was friendly and kind. The person at the desk was also nice. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was large with good heating. We didn't have dinner, so we ate a bag of combos and microwave popcorn we purchased at the front desk. The room had a microwave and a Keurig. She offered us a shuttle ride to a local restaurant, but it was too late and too cold to leave the building. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious with a beautiful shower and nice towels. We LOVED the huge windows and could actually watch planes take off and land from the room.
Disliked: Honestly as an "airport" hotel it was perfect. The only two things I can come up with are trivial. The TV was mounted in an awkward position. A better position would be in the wall area between the windows. That way it could be seen from the bed and couch. Second, the barn-style bathroom door was just a bit too narrow for the opening. This could be remedied easily by adding a 1x4 trim around the inside of the door opening. In any case, these are picky and really inconsequential to our having a great stay.
