A beautiful place with a...

Liked: The room was really comfortable and a pleasure to return to after a long day. It was perfectly clean, with a kettle for tea and everything needed to prepare coffee and cappuccino (including a milk frother). Since we were given a room on a higher floor, we had no issues with nighttime noise.
Disliked: The only negative comment, although it’s very personal, is about the pillows. They lacked shape and support.

Fun Stay in London at...

Liked: The location was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to the Farringdon tube station as well as the Elizabeth line, which was super convenient to take train to/from Heathrow. There are a number of coffee shops around and also enjoyed having the pub below for drinks/dinner. The property was also convenient to walk to St. Paul’s cathedral, Covent Garden and other areas.We arrived early morning, and while our room wasn’t ready, the manager was super friendly and had bags brought up to room while we were out for the day. The room was a good size; bathroom updated and very clean.
Disliked: Not a negative, as it’s noted in the listing, there only stairs to get up to the rooms. The hotel brought our bags up (which was great). It’s manageable with bags if they aren’t huge. There is some street noise but nothing that would be a deterrent as we expected some.

Good location for my trip...

Liked: Location is great, very close to Farringdon station. Nice bathroom.
Disliked: Steep steps up to the room. Lots of banging doors and footsteps so it can be quite noisy. Unfortunately I had a thoughtless and rude neighbour who was banging loudly on the door right next to mine and shouting, at 2am. Not the fault of the One Tun but it’s put me off ever staying there again. I could also hear the people in the next room flushing the toilet and showering.

Liked: Staff very helpful. Room good size, very clean. Bathroom excellent and well stocked with toiletries. Coffee, tea, water, biscuits, crisps provided. Room is quiet. Steep stairs to top floor room but understandable in old building. Good pub as well!
Disliked: Nil

Great location and a good...

Liked: Great sized room, exceptionally clean with helpful add ins such as robes, slippers, hairdryer. Very helpful staff. Excellent location - so close to the tube/Lizzie line and great breakfast/dining out options extremely close. Great value for central London.
Disliked: The bed was really, really firm. I loved it but my husband less so. The pub was shut when we got back in the evening (10.30) which was early but the v helpful staff made sure we had a drink.
