Decently close to theatre. Staff at front desk were great. Consort bar staff were great. Colour scheme gloomy.
Liked: Little coffee shop (with Italian type treats).
Disliked: Trying to figure out free breakfast. The oatmeal I had for breakfast was not oatmeal but basically rice crispies and cornflakes.

A great place to stay in Toronto. Definitely would stay again. Good staff and food. Not much bad to say about this hotel.
Liked: Front door guys very helpful.

Pleasant stay
Liked: Location Friendly staff, spacious room. Good bar and restaurant .
Disliked: Noisy heating system kept you awake as gordon and off and nowhere to put your toiletries or make up in the bathroom . Weird lay out

We will be back .
Liked: We love the ambiance. The grand reception area and the Consort lounge. The room was a good size and well appointed. There are 6 elevators so little or no wwaiting. Bell staff and check in were helpful and courteous. We love the location in old Toronto. Our favourite restaurant (Biagio) is a few minutes walk as is a great breakfast at LPD.
Disliked: The heating system works well but it is very noisy and it woke me up when it kicked in throughout the night. The mattress was comfortable but could be better.
