Decently close to theatre. Staff at front desk were great. Consort bar staff were great. Colour scheme gloomy.

Liked: Little coffee shop (with Italian type treats).
Disliked: Trying to figure out free breakfast. The oatmeal I had for breakfast was not oatmeal but basically rice crispies and cornflakes.

A great place to stay in Toronto. Definitely would stay again. Good staff and food. Not much bad to say about this hotel.

Liked: We loved the ambiance, decor, history and most importantly the hospitality! From the moment we arrived, everyone was friendly and helpful and treated us so well! We received a complimentary upgrade to our room! We stayed in the King Premier, it was very nice, clean and spacious! We also received a delicious treat for our Anniversary upon arrival! The bed and sheets were so comfy and I appreciate the cleanliness. The housekeeping staff truly worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciate that. We enjoyed the Consort bar, where they also acknowledged our Anniversary ...which was so special, the Victoria cafe and especially the high tea! Every bite was delicious and delightful! Thank you to Dan, Day, David, Madelyn, Valentina the chefs that spoke with us personally and everyone who made our stay so nice! We did not get to enjoy the spa, which next time we will... We definitely recommend staying here and we will be returning in the future! ❤️
Disliked: I did not like that we came to the end of our stay! Everything was wonderful! I do wish there was a pool and hot tub area...but other than that, no complaints.
