Cool boutique hotel in downtown...

Liked: Super cool vibe and decor! Great location in downtown Knoxville close to lots of restaurants and cafes…
Disliked: The room was a suite which was great, but kind of dark. The seating room had no natural light and not enough lighting. The bedroom had only one small window. Would not choose a suite next time but it was somewhat last minute so it was the only choice.

Will definitely stay here again...

Liked: Gorgeous property and great location. We were in a very spacious room and all the staff were marvelous. Wonderful restaurants.
Disliked: Slow elevator and loud AC.

Tasteful Elegance Meets Modern Convenience

Liked: We stayed in The Oliver Suite, which was worth every penny! It’s a lovely suite, tastefully decorated, and super comfortable. It overlooks the square and Krutch Park, so you’re right in the action of downtown. The staff (especially AJ) was exceptional, and the thoughtfulness and detail put into our stay was nothing short of incredible. We didn’t worry about anything, and were met with a handwritten note welcoming us to the hotel.Simply a lovely experience, highly recommend!
Disliked: Can’t think of a thing!
