Lovely Hotel

Liked: I really loved the location. It was close to everything that we wanted to do. The ambiance of the hotel was quite nice.
Disliked: Check-in was a bit wonky. We arrived around 4:30 and our room was not ready. I will say the gentleman working the front desk is amazing at his job. He was able to diffuse the situation with everyone. I also wish with it being 2025 that hotels had an electronic method for tips. This one did not seem to have that option.

Liked: Fab location and Royale restaurant was terrific Great area for walking. We will stay there again.
Disliked: Room was nice but a bit small, bright at night due to flood lights outside illuminating the front of the hotel. Bathroom spacious and attractive but needed a bit of attention (towel bar loose). AMini breakfast would have been nice.

Liked: We had had dinner and breakfast in the Oliver Royale, both were excellent! Also had drinks in Peter kern library which is also a pleasure of the senses

Cool boutique hotel in downtown...

Liked: Super cool vibe and decor! Great location in downtown Knoxville close to lots of restaurants and cafes…
Disliked: The room was a suite which was great, but kind of dark. The seating room had no natural light and not enough lighting. The bedroom had only one small window. Would not choose a suite next time but it was somewhat last minute so it was the only choice.
