Great motel, with high ceilings...

Liked: Great location in Coromandel town. Fresh and newly refurbished room with plenty of space. Good amenities, spacious bathroom and nice courtyard. David was a great host and had many local tips.

Ok ish.

Liked: Everything was very tidy and clean. A little cramped, though, and the bed was small.
Disliked: A bigger bed.

Large, clean comfortable room with...

Liked: Large room. Close to the centre of town, easy walk to dinner, coffee, tourist information
Disliked: A bit noisy being on the main road, it was warm so we needed the windows open.

Liked: Spotlessly clean. V well equipped. Everything u need.Bbq and laundry facilities so useful.Location only 5 mins flat walk to town.. Brilliant

Liked: unit was clean and tidy, air con a bonus
Disliked: Booking.com advertising online in NZ with US $. A real trap for those who miss that on website. One bedroom unit is not suitable for 4 individual adults. Three single beds in lounge left very little space for guests movement. Owner checking on number of guests using the room was rude embarrassing for seniors being told on arrival that the 5th guest was staying across the road because he refused to accommodate in a separate unit
